We split the difference between 1-on-1 personal training and large group training. We created Small Group training of up to 4 at a time led by expert Coaching. This allowed us to provide as much attention as personal training while making it more fun and affordable.
TRAINING
SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our version of Personal Training: 2 clients, 1 Coach, High level of attention & accountability.
Each client has their own unique fitness program tailored to their goals. Sharing the Coach & gym hour allows us to provide a high quality program while keeping it affordable.
