Recovery is the second part; proper recovery will help you achieve and enjoy a longer life without the aches & pains. Our memberships come with access to our Longevity Lounge, where your body can take advantage of healing benefits of our Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Compression Boot Therapy.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

W split the difference between 1-on-1 personal training and large group training, and created Small Group Training. Expert Lead Coaching in small groups of up to 4 people max. This allows us to provide each client with personalized attention while keeping training fun & affordable.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

This is our version of Personal Training: 2 clients, 1 Coach, High level of attention & accountability.

Each client has their own unique fitness program tailored to their goals. Sharing the Coach & studio allows us to provide a high quality program while keeping training affordable.

Our bodies need recovery for optimal health (physically and mentally). Allow your body and mind to Recover & Heal faster in our Longevity Lounge featuring the latest technologies in wellness.
