OUR STORY

When it came to getting in shape & aging better, you only had a few options.

You could join large group training classes that were filled with enthusiasm but had no individualized attention. There is no progression or program structure. And even though you attended almost everyday & you were left feeling tired at the end of each class, you never felt like you were getting the results you wanted. There were no rest days which only led to more aches and pains than what you started with.

You could also try to do things by yourself and join a big box gym. You attend blindly, not really having a program structure to follow and hoping that your form & exercise choices are good enough to get you the results you've been wanting. And not get you hurt. Not seeing results leads to inconsistency, which ultimately leads to you not getting results.

Or you could just start walking, join a walking club, or start running. Although there's nothing wrong with these, they provide some much needed Vitamin D, walking or jogging won't quite get you the muscle definition or strength you've been after. And if done without proper form it'll leave you with ankle, knee, or back pain.

Here's the thing, we know we have to exercise to stay healthy & live a healthy life. We know we have to strength train to maintain muscle movement as we age so that we can still do the simple things well into our senior years. For the majority of people the above options will only get you so far...and more often than not without proper guidance and form, they will leave you in a worse spot.

And doing more days of training or workouts is NOT the answer. This will lead to fatigue, overtraining, and injury.

Small Group & Semi-Private Training

Our Small Group Training and Semi-Private Personal Training programs are designed to help you move better, feel better, get stronger, and improve your body composition. Our Small Groups are kept small, at 4 people per session, so that each person gets a high level of attention from their Coach, all while still enjoying the company of other like-minded people. Our small group program meets you where you're at, modifiable for your fitness level so that you continue to see progress as the weeks go on.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training is our version of personal training. Sessions are done in groups of 2. (We found that people have a better workout experience when they workout with others.) Each member gets an Individualized program tailored to their unique health goal. The only difference is that you share the hour and Coach. Training this way has allowed us to keep personal training fun and more affordable.

My goal is to help those I work with become the healthiest, happiest, and most confident version of themselves.

A little bit about myself:

  • I am a wife and mother to 2 sport-loving girls.

  • I am a Certified Personal Trainer with specialization in Youth Training, Senior Fitness, and everything in between!

  • I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach.

  • I'm not just a fitness fanatic, I also hold an Architecture degree and an Urban Planning degree.

  • I enjoy baking & LOVE eating brownies.

  • I love hiking, lifting, puzzles, and playing board games with my family.
